We started a redesign effort in March and have now completed the prototype design, production, and evaluation process.We have slightly redesigned the wiper squeegee profile and, most importantly,  have changed to a silicone material.We are working with an excellent supplier that knows how to make windshield wipers!We are very please to announce that our new heated windshield wipers are better than ever!We now have a very robust product that provides an excellent wipe!Our new windshield wiper blades work extremely well whether heated or not!We hope you will consider giving our new Heated Windshield Wipers a try!

We have made significant improvements in the wiring, switch, manufacturing processes for our heated windshield wipers over the last couple years. 

There have been five efforts to redesign the wiper blade itself - and our latest design is better than ever! 

However, we still do not have it perfect and have another design effort in process. 

We will be changing to a more wipe friendly material and updating the profile based on inputs from a highly qualified wiper blade engineering professional. 

We hope to have initial prototypes in April for testing and production available well in advance of next winter.
